There is much more to Ballards ⚖ Apothecary Ltd than our incredible products. We also offer a personal and outstanding customer service. We hope that you never have a need to return your items, however if you do, all the information you need is below.

Free UK Shipping. Please allow 3-5 working days for your product to arrive, where possible by Royal Mail. Goods and prices are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. Please be patient as delays may occur and cannot guarantee delivery timescales.
We hugely appreciate your business and pride ourselves in offering you the best quality products. In the event that your expectations are not met and need to return or exchange your product, please see below for important information on how. YOU are our priority, To enable us to amend and build upon areas that you feel need improvement. Please feel free to contact us at your convenience.
You may also want to return your item, which we welcome within 30 days of purchase for a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Send the items back to us at the address listed on the packing slip/despatch note you received with your order and include a note or send an email so we can process this. Postage and packaging fees are at your expense and non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
